How to make better flashcards
1. Separate the ideas
Give each fact or relationship its own line. A card works best when the front leads to one answer instead of several competing answers.
2. Rewrite for active recall
Turn a statement into a specific prompt. Instead of copying “Water is H₂O,” ask “What is the chemical formula for water?” Keep the answer short, then place explanation or context on the card back.
3. Review before you import
Remove duplicates, split overloaded prompts, and check that every card makes sense without the source beside it. When the outline is ready, open the LoopCard web app to review it in a focused vertical card flow.
